got flu again..... was having this stupid running nose last Sat and ended home early, taking flu tablet..... and less than 1week later, i got it again.... spent the whole day at work with a tissue on my nose and sneezing away.....
anyway, alot of things happened in the office today... the whole admin dept was wiped out and a total of 10 staff, including the call center manager were asked to leave, giving 1hr's notice! company gave reason that we're downsizing and the dept was redundant.... this is so crazy.... next thing i knew, our retention dept (responsible for retaining customers who wana terminate contract) was to be "closed down" as well.... all 3 staff there will be relocated.... one of the team leader came over and told me yet another "big" news: that i'll be transferred to another dept too, and the news will come about on monday! imagine my shock...! i was only 2mths old and they're going to transfer me elsewhere....? haiz... juz wait n see lor... was telling joe juz now, if i dun like e "new" dept, then i'll resign n stay home to do part time work...
life is such.... so unpredictable.... juz when i thought i got myself a stable, huge mnc to work in, all these things happen to make me think otherwise...
well, juz let nature take its own course... God has his plans for me, that's what i think.... no need think so much...................................... juz stay happy and positive!

my brother also told me that one of his colleauges was asked to leave also. my mother was kinda worried that his turn will be next. anyway i am also not in a good situation also. my company is going to face diversification. maybe i will also be going to be put to another 'dept'... that is my bedroom.. hahahaha (retrenched lah)
ya lor... heard fr a few colleagues that this kinda retrenchment exercise happen once in a while. but he shld b safe for at least another yr or so. tomorrow the mgmt will announce some reshufflement among the staff. heard i may be transferred to another dept as well.
hopefully, everything goes on fine. but if they reduce my pay or switch me to somewhere i dun wan, i'll tender.. Wish me luck!
