Another tiring day at work..... nowadays I gotta multi-task until I feel I'm some super-sonic alien with many many pairs of hands...........!!!
On top of norm daily routines like answering in-bound calls from customers, getting scolded by angry customers, I have to train newbies, explain on SOPs, I am also the acting team leader and help my team leader with paperwork and reports so as to familiarise with the work flow... she's going on maternity leave soon, in 3weeks' time u see..... my gosh! I'm exhausted and drained out everyday.... eyes popping out and body aching by e time I board the train from AMK all e way home!
