Today is Tuesday...

Hi there... me a happy gal... coz there are more and more friends visiting my blog... this is a good start!!

Anyway, Tuesday is a nice day, it's the 2nd day of the week and a step closer to Friday... which is, a special day to me.... hehe

Well, I cooked porridge for dinner today, ingredients include minced pork, pig's liver and lean meat slices... for those who like to cook porridge, pls rem to use Song He rice ok? The porridge will turn out very smooth, like glue and "melts" in your mouth... simply heavenly!

For your info, Joe has tendered resignation at Onyx. He's now job-searching... Haiz... think he has been through alot of stress during this year... it'll be a good break for him. I can really see the difference in him now, alot more relaxed and happy.
