Aft a short break.. went back to work today. Sianzzzzzz
Sat was a rainy day. Had to alight at Bt Batok to get a cab to centre. The kids were v well behaved today n as they knew dat they hv to get ready for e open house next Sat/Sun, all of them put in alot of effort to prepare.. went straight home aft that as I needed to pack bag to leave for KL that night.
Coach left at 9.30pm from Boon Lay. Me n hubby decided to go Genting to spend that few hours coz if we reached KL in e middle of e nite, we really need to sleep on e streets.. haha. Reached Genting ard 3.30am, went Starbucks for kopi n cheese cake. Then went Casino to spend 2-3hrs... had breakfast at 7+am then took the 9am Genting Express to KL. It only cost us RM4.60 each! Cheap hor?! Reached KL ard 10am and we walked to the hotel and waited to check-in. Lunch was Mac. Lazed in the room awhile then went to the sauna jacuzzi. Spent afew hours at e pool, reading and sipping coke.. Went up and bathed, then took the LRT to Chinatown. Dinner was at a bak kut teh roadside stall. The claypot was filled with pork ribs, pig's stomach, intestine, 3-layered pork, golden mushrooms, cabbage.. we shared 1 pot, and had fried doughsticks n a bowl of rice each. It cost us RM27 in total. We bought half a roasted duck back to hotel for our supper.. hehe
Woke up the next day and went for breakfast. Then we got into our sports gear and went to the gym for workout. Only left abt 12pm, then went back to bathe. Next on our agenda was haircut at this salon in the shopping mall next door. The head and shoulder massage the shampoo gal did was fantastic.. Lunch was at Secret Recipe. Aft that, we went back to bathe and set off for KLCC. Took LRT there. Shopped around and watch a movie "Divergence" in cantonese. Ate at A&W, the root beer float and coney dog tasted e same... no change aft so many years... I really miss those alot! Supper was half a honey-roasted chicken from Cold Storage.. indulgence!
It was our last morning at KL. Checked out at 11am and took LRT to Bt Bintang. Had lunch at e food court in Lot 10, then strolled to wait for our coach home....
