Tonight is the night when we'll going to watch my sis perform at the NUS Cultural Centre. Her school is going to have an array of performances tonight and tomm. We'll be watching Drama, Choir, Symphonic Band, Harp and of coz their famous Dance...
I met hubby, mum and my 2nd sis at Clementi ard 6+ and took a cab to NUS Cultural Centre. Youngest sis was already there, doing rehearsals........................ we are looking forward to her performance, there'll b so many dancers, we'll have to spot her somehow.. haha!
Her school mates were really talented, all e performances went smoothly and everybody performed v well. Lastly came the modern dance "Oai Oai Oai". This performance had won them a Gold medal with honours at the recent 2005 SYF. This is something that e whole school was proud of. It's like everybody were waiting for this last performance... And they did v v well. We spotted my sis and were super happy n proud that she danced so beautifully!!!
We waited for her to change to her school uniform, then went for supper at Bt Merah View.. there's this yong tau fu stall which opens at 10.15pm daily (except Mons). Can u imagine queuing up 1hr for yong tau fu?! But seriously, it really tasted different, v tasty soup base and special presentation style. In e end, we reached home at 12+am... my God! I have to work tomm.............
