Rem that 31-yr man (Chan) I recruited last week.... forgot to mention that he reported for work on Mon 31/7, training went on... he stayed 15mins away from office and walked home for lunch. V happening hor?!
2nd day hor... he oso went home for lunch at 11am.... we waited and waited, he didn't come back... ard 12.30pm we called his hp, in case he decided to take a little nap aft lunch and overslept. No ans
Me highlighted to my mgr and he oso tried calling... finally ard 1pm, mgr came out and said that Chan had returned his staff pass to HR and decided not to come back anymore!!!!!!!!!
Omigosh! So irresponsible..... didn't even bother to call or inform me! Hate his guts man!
