It's been a week since I last updated my blog... on a brief encounter one night last week, I met Yiting online.. well, she's only been away for a mth or so, but it seems so long................... kinda miss her..
Yesterday's volunteer session was not too bad. Think the kids are really excited abt being their own bosses, well, we'll going to set up a stall at an open house and sell some handicrafts. Gonna b a big project... hehe
Had a super lousy flu yesterday and spent the day sneezing away.. Dinner was at Lotus Garden Restaurant located at the old Jurong Town Swimming Complex. Kinda ulu, and not accessible by bus/mrt. It was meant to b a belated Mother's Day dinner..... we really ate as much as we could!! Reached home and popped my flu tablet then went to bed.
Woke up 9+ this morning, drank some milk, then flu tablet again... hoping to recuperate asap...! Did some laundry, then back to sleep for a while. Then me n hubby went Orchard shopping.. It was like a long long while since we seriously dated, again. Hahaha... we feel young and funky, walking along Orchard and into Heeren and rubbing shoulders with the school girls and super young crowd.. Bought myself a 2pc swimwear from Taka and some cookies from Marks. His friend came to join us at Wisma and we went dinner at Genki, Forum where hubby's godfather is working at. Ordered this sukiyaki kimchi soup which turned out to b amazing yummy! Aft dat, we went Far East and both of us bought earrings.. His friend got a handbag from 77th street for an acquaintance's birthday.
It's time to go to bed now...
